2021年1月25日，爱缔贝集团（简称“AATP”或“甲方公司”）宣布与DSY Wellness & Longevity Center有限公司及DSY医学教育有限公司（简称“乙方公司”）签订一份意向书，以收购乙方公司的51%股权。在遵守条款和条件的前提下，甲方公司将发行和分配其普通股给乙方公司。双方同意和签署本意向书后，本着诚信进行和完成最终交易文件的谈判和执行。
